Mary at a Glance

How it Started

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, I am the youngest of four children and the only daughter of James and Gloria Gregory. My parents set the example for me through their hard work, conservative values, and generosity, principles that shaped who I am today. I have a deep passion for public service and remain focused on building a legacy of success and prosperity that future generations can build upon.

Faith & Family First

Wade and I have built our life together on faith, family, and service. Married for over 25 years, we first moved to Williamson County in 2000. We are the proud parents of Ava, Aubrianna, and Gavin—each born at Williamson Medical Center (now Williamson Health) and educated in Williamson County Schools. I cherish my role as “Marmy” to our grandson, who lives nearby in Spring Hill, and I deeply value the strong family roots that tie us to this community.

Proven Leader

With over 25 years of strategic project management experience, I have held leadership roles at companies ranging from mid-size organizations to Fortune 500 firms, and I currently serve on a strategic management team at Nissan North America. I have a proven record of building strong teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering results—all while staying grounded in common sense, compassion, and fiscal responsibility.

Small Business Owner

I know firsthand the grit it takes to build and sustain a business. Alongside Wade, I co-founded MoJo’s Coffee House in Fairview and Marava’s Espresso Café in Spring Hill, and I also operated a tutoring business for struggling students. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges local business owners face—from making payroll to providing excellent service in the community.

Legacy of Service

My life is rooted in a proud legacy of service, from ancestors who fought in the American Revolution to my own family today. My son serves as a midshipman at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, my son-in-law is a fireman with the U.S. Coast Guard, and another son-in-law aspires to join local Fire & Rescue. Honoring and supporting our military members, veterans, and first responders remains one of my deepest commitments.

Public Servant

In 2022, I was elected as Williamson County Commissioner for District 5. Since then, I have worked tirelessly alongside residents to address growth, infrastructure, and budget challenges. I believe government must be transparent, accountable, and respectful of property rights—while ensuring growth is managed responsibly and thoughtfully to protect our roads, public safety, and community values.

Community Roots

Faith and education are central to my service. Wade and I are active at LifePoint Redemption City Church, and I serve as a Trustee at Williamson College, where I champion faith-based education and the development of future leaders. These roles reflect my dedication to strengthening both the spiritual and educational foundations of Williamson County.

Looking Ahead

Now, I’m ready to continue that service as your next Williamson County Mayor. I bring with me the lessons of family, faith, business ownership, corporate and financial leadership, and community involvement.

My vision is clear: to lead with common sense, compassion, fiscal stewardship, and a servant’s heart—ensuring Williamson County remains one of the best places in America to live, work, and raise a family.

"Running a small business is like a raising a child, it requires focus, sacrifice and quick reflexes."

“If you think about it, you'll see that it's in the family that we must all learn the fundamental lesson of life — right and wrong, respect for others, self-discipline, the importance of knowledge, and, yes, a sense of our own self-worth. All of our lives, it's the love of our families that sustains us when times are hard.”
