Our country was founded on the Judeo-Christian belief that all men are created equal and that our freedoms come from God and not from man. Our forefathers reiterated this belief in our Declaration of Independence. It is up to us as a free society to uphold these truths. The separation of governments has continued to become more and more blurry as we see extensive pursuit by federal governments to override the state and for state government to push freedom limiting policies on their citizens. We need to make every effort to protect and preserve the constitutional rights of the citizens living in our local communities.
